logitrans 2025, held in Istanbul, concluded after a three-day program. Standing out with its expanded exhibition area, increased international participation, and intensive business meetings, the event brought together companies operating across the logistics and transportation sector.
According to organizer data, the fair hosted more than 16,000 visitors from 66 countries. With over 230 exhibiting companies from 22 countries, the event was recorded as one of the largest editions in logitrans history in terms of participation.
International participation and exhibitor profile

The diversity of the exhibitor profile once again highlighted logitrans’ strong regional and international position. Companies operating in road transport, maritime transport, air cargo, rail transport, logistics services, warehousing, and supply chain solutions had the opportunity to establish new business connections and strengthen existing partnerships throughout the event.
Speaking at the opening, İlker Altun, Administrative Director of EKO MMI Fuarcılık, emphasized the scale of the fair and the level of international participation, stating that the expanded exhibition area and the growing number of foreign exhibitors created greater interaction opportunities for industry stakeholders.
Business meetings and commercial contacts
Participating companies noted that the presence of visitors with decision-making authority significantly increased the efficiency of meetings. Throughout the fair, exhibitors held numerous one-to-one meetings with potential customers, agents, and suppliers.
These interactions not only contributed to strengthening existing commercial relationships but also helped lay the groundwork for new partnerships. Particularly for companies active in international logistics networks, logitrans provided a platform for direct engagement with stakeholders from different markets.
Conference program and sector agenda

The conference and panel program held alongside the exhibition addressed key topics such as new transport corridors, sustainability, climate resilience, digitalization, and the future of supply chain management. Industry representatives shared insights on current developments and long-term transformation areas during these sessions.
Dr. Robert Schönberger, Global Industry Lead at Messe München, highlighted the importance of transitioning toward integrated service models in the logistics sector, noting that transport companies are increasingly expanding their service scope through multimodal logistics, warehousing, and digital solutions.
